Hubli, Sep 6 (ANI):The Hubli court today ordered the unconditional release of former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister and senior BJP leader Uma Bharti from judicial custody.The Chief Judicial Magistrate today allowed the application filed in 2002 by the Additional Public Prosecutor for withdrawal of cases against Uma Bharti. Meanwhile, as soon as the verdict was pronounced by the court, a wave of happiness swept acoss hundreds of her supporters, who had gathered outside the court. They said with court's verdict truth had prevailed despite pressure from Congress party.Bharti, who surrendered before the Hubli court on August 25, has been lodged in a makeshift jail in Dharwad, in connection with a ten-year-old rioting case.
